Howdy folks,

Well, that’s week 4 coming to a close, and we continue to make small measures of progress. Waist is now 101 cm, and the weight is coming off, down another 1/2 kilo to a clean 100. Looking forward to pushing on and getting back down to double figures in both area’s next week.
